Whether your Valentine is a chocolate, caramel, or cookie lover, we’ve got the perfect something to show how much you care. Pick up a box of assorted chocolates or caramels from Vermont companies like Lake Champlain Chocolates and Farmhouse Chocolates.

Valentine’s Day Cheeses

A beautiful cheeseboard is the perfect way to kick off a romantic dinner for two. We’ve brought in a nice selection of alpine cheeses−perfect for fondue or a charcuterie board, including Gourmand “Emmenthaler” from Switzerland, “Jarlsberg” from Norway, Pardinho Mandala from Brazil, or Cobb Hill “Ascutney Mountain” and Jasper Hill “Alpha Tolman” from Vermont.

Love-ly Desserts

Wondering what to serve for dessert? Our Woodstock bakery has been busy pumping out all kinds of love-ly treats. You’ve got a few more days to place your order for Valentine’s desserts, including our heart-shaped flourless chocolate cake. Orders must be received by Thursday, Feb. 12, at 5 p.m. for pickup on Saturday, Feb. 14. Or stop by the bakery case in Woodstock to see our latest creations.

Bubbly

We’ve got sparkling wines from all over the world, along with lots of mini Champagne bottles, perfect for gifts or dinner for two (if you’re planning on an early ski day!). But don’t discount the advantages of a full bottle! Since Valentine’s Day falls on a Saturday this year, any leftover bubbly will make a festive Mimosa on Sunday morning!

But if you’re asking our opinion, we’re partial to Surf & Turf. There’s something inherently celebratory about a meat and seafood pairing. Stop by the Market this week for inspiration!

We’re all craving a little color this time of year! Treat your Valentine to a bouquet of fresh flowers. We’ve got stunning bouquets, featuring fresh tulips from local farms, hyacinths, and irises, in both Woodstock and Waterbury. Or pre-order single, half-dozen, and dozen roses for pickup in both Woodstock and Waterbury on Saturday.
