You want something that will appeal to all your guests but still show your unique tastes.

REDS & ROSÉS
CLOS DU VAL CABERNET SAUVIGNON
In this Cabernet Sauvignon from Napa Valley, you’ll find notes of dark chocolate, blackcurrant, and toasted cedar. Sleek tannins and a long, smooth finish complete this expressive red. This regal wine is traditionally sipped with prime rib and filet mignon but also pairs well with grilled poultry and aged cheeses.
HAZEL PINOT NOIR
Crafted from grapes grown in Oregon’s Willamette Valley, this pinot noir has notes of ruby stone fruit and leather. It pairs well with poultry making it an excellent choice for your Thanksgiving table.
J. LOHR MERLOT
This red wine is smooth and balanced. You’ll taste flavorful red fruit, pepper, and hibiscus with an oaky finish. This merlot complements hard cheeses and poultry making it a great choice for your Thanksgiving table.
CHATEAU DES ANNIBALS LA CUVEE
This rosé is made from a blend of Grenache, Cinsault, and Syrah grapes grown on their estate in the Provence region of France. The grapes are harvested at full maturity during the cooler hours of the night and fermented under temperature control. On the palate, you’ll notice hints of peach and spiced floral.
WHITES & BUBBLIES
MACON VILLAGE CHARDONNAY
This chardonnay hails from southern Burgundy, France. This is an excellent choice for you Thanksgiving table as it is approachable and pairs well with poultry. It starts with a pleasant floral nose, continues with a fruity palate, and ends with a round, refreshing finish.
LUBANZI CHENIN BLANC
This medium-bodied white wine is made from Chenin Blanc grapes handpicked in the Swartland region of South Africa. It is crisp and clean with notes of melon, apricot, and lemon. Sip it with appetizers like cheese plates and shrimp or pair it with your main course!
ANDRÉ CLOUET SILVER
This bold sparkler from Bouzy (no, we’re not making that up), France, is a true champagne. Made from pinot noir grapes, you’ll notice notes of ripe apricot and freshly buttered bread. Fresh with a bone-dry finish.
SCHRAMSBURG BLANC DE NOIRS
This sparkling white wine is produced in California using red pinot noir grapes. Creating a white from red grapes brings a deeper, more complex flavor to the wine. Many people consider this wine to be creamy in both texture and taste with hints of hibiscus, citrus, and spices.
CIDERS from Fable Farms (Vermont)
If a traditional wine isn’t your thing, try a cider for a more playful pairing experience. “Ciders as wine” choices from Fable Farm come in elegant, tall wine-like bottles with an alcohol content between 6-7%, allowing you to nurse this drink from appetizers to dessert.
Fable Farm in nearby Barnard uses locally sourced fruits, herbs, saps, and honey to make their delicious bottled ciders/wines and vinegars. Their wild-fermented ciders barrel- and bottle-age for up to five years in an underground cave. They have a number of options. Here are two of our longtime favorites are
FLUXION
In true Vermont style, maple syrup is included in the bottling process and aids in a continued fermentation process. This sparkling cider is dry, earthy, and refreshingly acidic.
EMANATION
Fable Farm uses apples from Walden Heights Orchard to create this dry sparkling cider. It is crisp and tart and has the bonus of a low 6% alcohol content.
