Return Policy for WFM Merch Purchased via Our Website: We are only able to accept returns on products that arrived damaged or if you received the wrong item. If you need to report a damaged or wrong item: 1. Please complete our return/refund request form within 14 business days of receiving your order. Along with the form, we ask that you attach a photo of the return item showing any defects, damages, or color mismatch. A member of our marketing team will get back to you within 72 hours.

 

Return Policy for Items Purchases in Our Stores: If you purchase an item in one of our stores that is damaged or spoiled, we will gladly replace it. Please see our online shipping policies for any WFM merch items purchased through our website.

 

Gift Certificates: Physical Gift Certificates purchased online are shipped via USPS and are only redeemable at our store locations in Woodstock and Waterbury. They cannot be used for online purchases. E-Gift Cards are another great option for last-minute gifts (no shipping necessary)! Similar to our physical gift certificates, they must be redeemed in person at our stores.

 

Payment Options: Woodstock Farmers’ Market accepts the following credit cards: MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover. Sales taxes will automatically be added to any applicable purchases.

 

Customer Feedback: We have chosen products we love and hope they please you as well. Our goal is to have you absolutely satisfied with our products and service. If we don’t meet that goal and you are dissatisfied in any way, please contact us and we’ll make it right!

 

Out of Stock Items: We try to keep all items in stock at all times, but due to the nature of perishables, sometimes we may be temporarily out of a product.

 

Privacy & Security Statement: We do not store your credit card information, and we will not share your personal information with anyone. We do collect email addresses so that we can reach you in the future to check on your satisfaction or alert you to special offers. If you’d like us to remove you from the list, just let us know.
