Baked Brie


On a chilly late-fall or winter day, there’s no better way to bridge the gap between meals than a decadent brie-en-croute. The essence of winter comfort food. We use locally produced Blythedale brie, from Blytheale Farm in Corinth, Vt., and our own cranberry-pear relish in a puffed pastry.

  • Ingredients: puff pastry, Blythedale brie, cranberry pear relish, egg, salt and pepper.
