This delicious bubbly drink, made by a family-owned company in Norwich, Vermont, is the modern-take on switchel. The ingredient list is short and sweet: carbonated water, fresh-squeezed lime juice, organic cane sugar, fresh-pressed ginger juice, organic apple-cider vinegar, and spices.
