Made right here in Vermont at Champlain Orchards, a family-owned and ecologically-managed orchard overlooking Lake Champlain. Their cider is pressed, fermented, and crafted at the orchard. A dual olive-oil tasting in Woodstock and Waterbury! Come meet the owners and sample The Olive Table's extra virgin olive oil, imported from the Hinaris family vineyard in Greece. The Olive Table, based in Woodstock, uses handpicked olives that are crushed within hours of being harvested.

Small-batch tomato sauce, made by hand. Owner Michael Tesoro made marinara sauce with his grandmother as a young boy.  When Michael and his wife Robin lost their jobs during the 2008 recession, they began making  batches of tomato sauce out of their kitchen in Windsor, Mass. and selling the sauce at local farmers' markets. They couldn't produce enough to keep up with demand. One thing led to another (they moved their operation into a commercial facility), and now they're distributing…

Come sample cheeses from this local cheesemaker. Vermont’s first community-owned artisan cheese and dairy facility is located just a few miles up the road in South Woodstock. Local residents came together in 2009 to preserve the beautiful 18-acre dairy farm and the surrounding landscape.
