Tasting with Cobb Hill Cheese

Cobb Hill Cheese, located in Hartland, Vermont, makes a batch of fresh farmstead artisan cheese every other day. They offer two different varieties of cheese, made from fresh milk from Cedar Mountain Farm’s jersey cows. Their cheese makers follow the age-old process of heating milk, adding lactic bacteria and vegetable rennet, hand stirring the curd, hooping and pressing. Stop by for a taste!
