Catering FAQ


We’re working hard to make your catering pickup experience as safe and stress-free as possible. Here are a few important things to know about our online ordering process:

Q. How do I order my holiday or special event catering items?
A. All catering orders should be placed using our secure online ordering system.

Q. How do I pay for and pick up my pre-ordered items?
A. All items can be purchased online for pickup at the store. You can pick up your order at the deli counter between 10 a.m. and 6 p.m. on your preferred pickup date (unless special hours apply). You’ll be asked to select your pickup date at checkout.

Q. What if I can’t order online?
A. If you don’t have access to a computer or are having trouble ordering online, please give us a call at 802-457-3658 and we’ll be happy to assist you.

Q. How do I purchase other items not on the catering menu?
A. For items not on the catering menu, please shop Farmers’ Curbside or visit us at the Market. Our regular shopping hours are Tuesday through Sunday, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.

During busy times, we are asking families and groups to designate a solo shopper to help us get everyone through the Market as quickly as possible. One person per party, please!

Q. Will I have to wait in line to enter the Market?
A. We are continuing to limit the number of customers in the store at one time, in order to create a safe shopping experience for all. So we encourage you to shop early during busy holiday times to avoid the last-minute rush.
