The Wood family has been making cider and cider products for over 120 years, using their original cider press and a combination of wild and orchard apples. In every pound of jelly is the reduced cider from over 30 apples! They use no preservatives or coloring, and add no sweeteners to their jelly or boiled cider. These outstanding products are great over pancakes or ice cream, and can be used as a glaze for pork, chicken or turkey. Try whisking some into vinaigrette instead of balsamic vinegar.
