Easy Soft-Shell Crabs
Ingredients:

4 Crabs

1 cup Flour, seasoned with Old Bay Seasoning

Oil for sautéing

Lemon Wedges

Tartar Sauce
Instructions:
Dip crabs in seasoned flour and shake off excess. Heat oil in a cast iron or other heavy pan. When hot, slide crabs in a single layer. Stand back a little, as they will start to spatter. Allow to cook on one side until crispy, then carefully flip them over and cook until crispy on the other side, about 7-10 minutes total. Serve with lemon wedges and tartar sauce. Also great on a sandwich!
Serves 2.
Can do with or without seasoning, with butter instead of oil – almost anything goes!
