Easy Chocolate Fondue

• 1/2 pound Callebaut chocolate (your favorite flavor) • 1/2 cup evaporated milk
• cut fresh fruit, such as raspberries, strawberries, pears, apples, pineapples, orange segments, bananas
• shortbread cookie pieces

Melt chocolate and milk together in a heavy saucepan or the microwave, stirring frequently, until smooth.  Pour into a fondue pot, or keep warm over a candle.  Dip fruit and cookies into the chocolate with a fork or your fingers, and feed to someone else.
