We're a unique, local fresh food market, relentless in the pursuit of great service, value and quality. We take what we do very seriously and yet have great fun while we work. So you'll find when you walk into the Market, the music will be uplifting and fun, displays large and appealing, and staff buzzing around saying hello while stocking, preparing food or helping with questions. You'll find things quite clean too as we are maniacs about cleanliness and sanitation.
We've been doing this for 18 years at this very same location and most recently we were named outstanding retailer of the year (2009) by the National Association for the Specialty Food Trade. And most importantly about working here, you'll find that WFM has a low tolerance for workplace drama. It's either about the food or nothing at all!

PREPARED FOODS DEPARTMENT-Deli Service: We are the ambassadors of food! You must love a quick pace, be able to multi-task and must absolutely love to service and please our guests. You have direct contact with many foods and must have knowledge of how to cook meats and seafood. Helpful to have an appreciation for cheeses of all sorts! A merchandising eye is critical. Part-time and full-time hours. A weekend day is a must. Required shift hours include early AM starting at 6:30 and evenings till 8 PM.
PREPARED FOODS DEPARTMENT-Prep Chefs: We love food. We've been making our own soups, entrees, salads and such for years...we are well known in the Upper Valley for exceptional take away food. We focus on superior value and quality, using only premium ingredients. It's exiting and action packed and requires a steady and focused demeanor; with a small kitchen and heavy volume our cooks are required to be happy, speedy and service oriented. Required shift hours include AM shifts starting as early as 7 AM and evening shifts ending around 7PM.
Produce Department Stockers: We have part time openings in our Produce Department. As our name implies, fresh vegetables and fresh fruit is our backbone and we take pride in our merchandising and display of fresh produce. Applicants must be able to lift at least 40lbs, be fastidious and speedy plus enjoy merchandising and display work. Shift hours include weekend days, evenings till 8 PM and early AM's at 6:30.
Grocery Department-Cashiers: We have full and part time positions available. Service is our specialty and our cashiers are known for their accuracy, knowledge of products and go-the- extra mile service! Shift hours include early AM's and evenings till 8 PM. It's intense work--computer skills are encouraged.
