Cottage Hill Farms Farmhouse Buttermilk Pancakes

There are a ton of baking mixes in the world, each with their relative merits, so you know a line has got to be pretty good if we want to feature it on our own little website. We'd love to introduce you to Cottage Hill Farm, and La Verne Lesznik, of Pittsford, Vermont. La Verne makes her mixes with only certified organic ingredients, and they are pretty much the best we've ever tried. Her Pancakes are perfect (I usually hate that word, but honestly, they'll look like they came out of a magazine). Be sure to top them with real Vermont maple syrup, or your favorite jam.
