Interrupcion Fair Trade features several outstanding products, one of which is Chimi Churri, a traditional Argentine meat and vegetable sauce that can be use as a marinade, basting sauce or just plain drizzled over most meats or veggies.  It is vinegar-based so it’s no fat (0 grams) but don’t let that fool you…it’s packed with flavor.  Check out this ingredients list: wine vinegar, balsamic vinegar, fresh garlic, oregano, paprika, thyme, rosemary, pepper, salt and hot chili peppers.
