We should all be pleased that Robin Bequet gave up her career in technology and began crafting the most delicious caramels from her time honored recipes. Using the finest ingredients slow-simmered without artificial color, flavor or preservatives, it makes you wonder if Ms. Bequet's technological background influenced her excellence in the kitchen. The final product is the essence of what a good caramel should be; chewy, creamy, well balanced - absolutely ethereal.
