Smack My Ass and Call Me Sally Habanero Hot Sauce

This is a great one to order over the phone.  “I need two cases of Smack My Ass, please.”  I love it.  I laugh aloud every single time we order this from our supplier.

What’s even more incredible is that it’s really good. When we gave this sauce a shot a few years ago, we were skeptical. Sure it would sell—it’s a great name. But fast forward 5 years later and we sell more “Smack” then any other hot sauce.  But it’s not just the name.  It’s really, really good.
 
As with most habanero sauces it’s hot—about an 8.5 out of 10 on the heat.  You may sweat a little but you’re not running around looking for a fire hose. But what separates “Smack” from many others is its prolific use of garlic, which not only helps give it its full flavor, it tends to make “Smack” a little spicy too.
